The Romani Cultural and Arts Company is looking to hire 2 x part time Project Workers on a fixed-term basis until October 2021, who have experience of working with the Gypsy & Traveller Communities and  knowledge of Gypsy & Traveller issues. The project is designed to engage with children on 4 Gypsy and Traveller sites across South Wales over a three year period. Its purpose is to:

  • bring arts-based projects to children in Gypsy and Traveller communities
  • build confidence; and
  • support local communities (working with local community groups etc) to take responsibility for the continuation of activities for children started under this project

The successful applicant will be subject to Disclosure and Barring Service certification.

£10,185 – £10,596 per annum(16 hours per week) – fixed-term until October 2021, with an annual review of funding

£5,093 – £5,299 per annum (8 hours per week) – fixed-term until October 2021, with an annual review of funding
