We are Pride Road Collective (PRC). PRC is a network of Gypsy, Romany, Traveller (GRT) civil society organisations and GRT Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Question/Queer community members.
The network started in 2021, and seeks to ensure GRT organisations are accessible and welcoming to GRT LGBTQ+ community members.
The + symbol is placed at the end of LGBTQ to acknowledge the many other ways that community members are identifying their genders, sexual orientations/sexualities.
Enabling GRT organisations to develop this approach, will support our LGBTQ+ community members to live our lives and feel included in GRT community.
We meet between 4 and 6 times a year, for about 90 mins, where we share lived experience and co-create resources and ways to support inclusive ways of working.
